About half way up a seller is giving away popsicles for 1 shilling a piec. He seems desperate sell as they are melting in the warm autumn sun.

Isabella decides to quietly walk around a booth with bakery items, keeping her head low as she looks for something to snatch easily. She ignores the popsicles, deciding them not worth buying or stealing when they offer little value to her empty belly.

There are three. One is run by a man I. His thirties, he has a daughter who is about nine near him. You know he usually lets the orphans work for food. There is another who is an old plump woman, she is quick to rap any thieving nuckles and call the coppers. The third stall is someone youve never seen before An is a young couple in their early twenties, the woman has a small baby strapped to he chest and they appear to be from the slums.

You give a yawn, stretching as you sit in the park bench. Around you people bustle, hurrying to and fro as they head to work. A few blocks away you can hear peddlers calling from the Market Stalls and the smell of food drifts through the air, reminding you of how hungry you are. Since you got laid off as the Paper Deliverer yesterday and only have five shillings left and you knew that wouldn't go far. You would have to figure out getting money and food, preferably soon. You have to try your best to survive as Winter is drawing near and that could be the killer to homeless orphans like you

O drowsily scratched the back of my head and thought to myself, "I wonder if people would pay me money if I stood out here and sang for them...?" I mumbled to myself as I tried to think of ways to earn money to survive, "I doubt anyone would give me anything if I simply asked." my stomach was grumbling but it simply ignored it.

Weighing her options, Isabella decides to go to the young couple with the baby and wonders whether or not to steal or negotiate. She vies for a safer option and politely walks over to the young mother, "'Scuse me miss. I was jus' wonderin' if you'd like some help with anythin'? I been lookin' for some work and I be hopin' you could use some?" She blinks her wide eyes in an attempt to gain the compassion of the lady.

The whimpering fades behind you and soon cannot be heard anymore. The farther you walk the more you realize you dont regomze this part of the slums. You must have turned a wrong corner at some point as you walked.

Henrietta didn't let it phase her and kept on walking, trying to head more in the direction which she knew was where she stayed. To her, the slum mainly looked the same. She wavered, half wondering if she should steal something before deciding against it. That was against the heavenly fathers good name.

(Please tell me if anyone gets offended by this character being strongly religious owo)

"He thought i took something,even though i clearly didn't!" she said looking down a bit pissed

(Sorry This is so late >.< work was Beyond busy the past few days and mothers day was on stop as well, and I found out we are getting chickens and I'm planing a tour of my collage.... it just a big plate of stuff XD)

" That's My real name though, I never really had need for a nickname with it" he continued with a chuckle ruffling his hair with his other hand in an attempt to hide his awkwardness. His akwardness made Cat chuckle. She then shook his outstreched hand. The idea of finally having a friend made her very excited. "Have you ever been to a library?" Cat asked shyly

" No, my little brother used to have some picture books I would read to him, but .... too be honest I'm not good a reading or writing" he said a little bit more somberly feeling a bit ashamed to admit his faults. " but I wouldent mind learning if I got the chance, after all reading and writing are good skills, expecially if I want to think about getting a good day job." he added thoughtfully

"I can teach you." Cat said timidly. "I go to- er... sneak into the library almost evry single day." Cat said. "Reading really is fun and it's the least I can do for the meal." She said glancing down at the bread tucked under her arm.

Wolf seemed a little surprised " really?........Ya know it may be a bit easier to get food everyday if we work together and split the earnings, we may even be able to get a little more than we could on our own..." he said thoughtfully as the wheels in his head began to turn a bit, after all he would work twice as hard if not more for the kids in the slums, but if they all worked together and he got a day job it might work out better than he could imagine.
