"We made a miscalculation, okay?" The other scientist called. "We got too few." He explained to Fredrick. "How are we supposed to cover a human body...?" Fredrick muttered. "We'd need at least a millions of those 'antennas'." He said. "Were would we get that many? I'm pretty sure Rassion's aren't using this..." Sighed. "Yup, I suppose our test subject...is an eraser." He joked.
Cyrus coughed from the smoke. "You need to chill..." He commented. "I'm just joking." He added. Still looking at Pharaoh. "Want a staring contest?" He asked the snake, grinning slightly. He liked staring contests. He didn't always win or lose, but it was kind of fun.
Anya had finished cutting through the bone of the first leg. It was practically the whole leg...that's where the doctor had marked the incision. The leg, now separated from the body, was on the operation table, looking revolting. "Wait!" A voice behind her called. She was about the fold the skin flap to stitch it. "Don't stitch. The prosthetics just came in. Synthetic nerves...we're gonna test them out on her." "What?" "Yeah." She sighed, "last minute changes...yeesh..." She muttered. "I leave it open...?" "Yes." "Who's gonna put the leg in." "You." "...Fine... Wait...doesn't that mean I have to melt the skin to connect?" "Yes." "What?!" "It'll be tomorrow." She sighed. She didn't stitch yet. "I won't know what the child will think when she sees her wounds open..." She muttered. "Elsa, I need another scalpel!" She called.
