Jaylyn giggles and twirls around in a small circle, while the supposed 'killjoy' just sighs leaning heavily on his staff.

Devon sighs again and extends his hand to you.

I also resume a defensive position, activating my stone of electricity and casting a wary eye around the alleyway. Hands out in front of me, I step into the alley to follow the sword-bearer
Despite the almost blinding light that the outside world is admitting you are able to make out the faint outline of another person. You take a few steps forward the once blinding light fades to reveal a younger woman standing sword drawn.
You look around slowly and find that there isn't much other than the large dragon carvings to see. Upon closer inspection, you notice that there's a bright cyan blue stone embedded in the stone on one of the walls. It was about as big as your hand and held a misty sort of fade inside of it.
Jaylyn frowns and pokes him several times on his shoulder. It doesn't seem to bother him at all so she growls and dives back into the air crossing her arms tightly together in frustration.
"You're no fun!"
Devon sighs again and swats his hand towards Jaylyn.
Tiny sparks of electricity jump about all your fingers and glide up and down your arms. Marble growls again and swipes her claws out in front of you blindly trying to hit an invisible target. In the dim light of the alleyway, you find that the girl had completely disappeared, but you knew she was still close by.
Should you continue?
