Alex kept going easy, stopping at a nearby stream to drink. Then she rose, and kept going, looking healthier.

Meanwhile, a messenger was heading there way to tell them how Caspian was doing without her.
He trots behind her, seeing she's healthy he slows to a point where she can't hear or see him.

Alex kept going for another 100 miles, only stopping to drink and eat, and she didnt keep the breaks longer than 10 seconds.

"500 miles to go!" He announces, suddenly holding up a fist, signaling for her to stop as a Lycan runs up to them.
The Lycan is the messenger, he looks at Alex, shaking his head, then looks up at the man. "Caspian is... Not well... How should I put this... Ah! He's going insane." He says, seeming proud of himself for figuring how to put it.

The messenger looks frightened at the thought of going back, "I-I'll tell his majesty at once!" He whimpers, sprinting off still in Lycan form.
