You can not head to the forest without passing around the cove or catching a boat, as proven by the map of the area you know on front page.
Drew grunted and shoved Zora back, "You bet I could deal with some snake. You should've told us you were leaving or got back sooner. I don't care if you fought a dragon, you left without warning. Do you know how much of a shouting I got when you didn't return the day after that training session?" He snapped the last part, more relieved than cross with you. (how comfortable are you eith weird comments, Ebony?)
I catch another boat.

You wake up in your room in Hericon amd could feel your backpack by your feet. Inside were a few things you would need for your journey. It was early morning, around 4am.

(((Have a good break))
She nodded and skipped ahead of you to the stables, looking over Bountys door and stroking his muzzle. Some of the bedding had turned to ice and his breath was cold.
I knock on the stable door before fishing an apple out of my bag

You leave the arguing Tyica couple fighting partners and head down to the dock, handing over 5 gold to the boat man who took you across. This time the seas weren't as rough, so when you got off the boat at around midday in Veslon it didn't seem that bad. You walk along the port and up into the town, it smells strongly of fish and sea salt. There are many stalls in the market, the library looked open as well.
(Also a blacksmith, inn, pub, pet shop, whatever else you can think of)

(Ahhty. Wait. I think you have 3 apples left now?? Correct me if wrong)
Bounty stood up and ate it, sniffing your hand for more. His tack was hanging on the stable walls, all freshly cleaned.

(so I just do something?)
I grab my backpack and get ready to sneak out.

"Nope. That Savicorn of yours has this weird scent, not like anything I've smelt. Is there something wrong with her?" At this, Purloin stopped at turned around, making angry barking noises and her ears were pinned back, tail lashing.
Shooting Sun a sharp look, Zilla turned to Purloin. "Purloin, what's up? Do you not like him?"

(Around about. I will usually leave open end questions so I don't give it away. That's kind of why I'm picky, you have to be quite sneaky in this. For example, you could have checked the room again and found something)
You take your backpack and head out. You're not confronted by your human parents who you can hear snoring from their room and can freely leave. In the town, you knew a few friends, the marketplace or even the forest outside it.
