Claudio woke up after the scratch and he watched the little ones run off. He touched his paw to his muzzle and felt a sticky liquid. Claudio was bleeding.

Vix growled at the mouse as his tail disappeared in the crack, and soon all was quiet.

Claudio helped by going on the outside and blocking the mice's exit and killing ones that were dumb to not turn around and go the other way. They ended up catching a lot of the mice. Claudio came inside holding his mice that he had caught by their tails

All the pups yelped and soon all went silent, and they didn't come out of the crack.
