The boss looked to him. He smiled a smile dead of emotion. "And what do we have here?"

"My name is Cleric, I help people. I think you should leave my family alone. We have no plans on helping a emotionless rat," He licked a paw, drawing it over a ear. "Wouldn't want Medusa to come out, now would we."
Missy was shocked, Cleric sounded sweet even while threatening the boss.
"That's Cleric for you, don't worry, he's bluffing. You and him know I would never do it," Medusa padded to sit beside Missy, who was still surprised.

The boss said nothing for a moment. "Ah. And why would I care?"

"Because..." He let the air fill with silence for a moment, "Because we can hurt you worse then you know. I can't, but Zebra and Medusa can. You try to hold us, we will escape. We are a family and a team."
Missy smiled, Cleric was right. No one could hold them.
"If he touches Cleric I will rip off his face," Zebra hissed slinking out of a bush.
"I'm sure he'll be fine," Missy insisted.

"And do I care? My workers handle worse creatures than you."

"Bring them out here, see if they can handle us," He challenged with a hiss, tail bristling.
Zebra snarled, "Yeah! Like they could handle us! Let's see them try!"

He simply chuckled dryly.

Zebra hissed, bristling, "How dare you laugh at me! I'll rip you to shreds! Try screaming when you can't move," She leaped forward, only to stop as Medusa pinned down her tail.
"Calm down," Medusa said calmly.
"No! He thinks I can't take on people! I'll show him," She scratched the ground, eyes glowing with rage.

He sighed, a long, dead sound. "Animals. Always wild, but much more so with minds of their own. I will not make any move to harm or catch you. For now. But be aware of where your paws step." He said, slowly standing and walking back toward the buildin.g

Cleric turned to Missy, "Let's go home before Zebra decides to attack something," He padded over to Zebra, eyes glowing as he placed a paw on her.
She seemed to instantly calm down, sinking down to the ground. Missy raised a paw and a portal home appeared. Zebra, Cleric and Medusa walked through it. She closed it and opened another one in the woods. She walked through it.
