"What should i do to train for more speed and strength?" I ask, wanting to improve where i was weakest

"Practice running around here, doing laps, push-ups, maybe some weight training." he lists them off "I'd be happy to help you"

"please!" I say, cheerfully. "What do you think I should start with?" I ask him, as he trains more then me i'm assuming

"Lets start with endurance." he decides and sets up a sort of track for you to follow

I nod, "Lets do that," I say. I follow his lead, ready to do what he askes

He directs you to run around the track and every once in a while calls out for you to roll, dogde, jump, etc.

I do as he says, copying the moves he calls out for as long as I can and as correctly as I can

eventually you are out of breath and can barely move without hurting "Great job!" he commends you and offers you a hand up
