That's a good sign, right? Riley wasn't prepared for this turn of events. But isn't he supposed to be angry at me? I mean, I just said he was a serial killer and I didn't want to like him, but I do. I can't help it. I'm falling for this dragon.
Riley wraps his arms around Shade, hugging the dragon back. "Thank you for not hating me. I, um, I do like you though..." How do I explain? I guess, though, Shade probably understands... No, he can take that a wrong way too. I'm terrible at thinking on your feet. I really am.

Nicote was still grmbling about "stupid noisemakers worse then pigeons" as he ate.
Cole was just eatingsilently and lettng him arnt, as was LIo. Neitherwanted to stop him since that never worked out wel.

Almon walked in casually, he was new and he and Astra came in later than the other people. "Morning," he said as he grabbed a bowl of mush that looked like the remants of his boomilever build. "This looks delicious.
Almon took a seat near Victoria and Jack. "Who do we have here?" Almon said with a smirk.
