She suddenly looks at Ash, then glances at the creatures and Lin, she shakes her head. She had a very selfish thought for a moment there. She continues to fend them off, glaring at Puck as he comes into eyesight.

Puck tries to start to try and bound over the creatures, but that just gets him nowhere. The abductors are pulling at Lin's feet and start to surround the tree, climbing up it

She quickly jumps up onto another branch, pulling Lin up with her. "It's like you could care less that you might get hurt." She mutters, slashing branches off and making the creatures fall back down.

The creatures shriek in anger but continue trying to get at Lin. Puck is about halfway through the sea of monsters
(Oohhh I got a good idea...that involves Ash getting hurt...and other things...but Claire will have to do something really stupid and mean and let Lin get taken...)

(This is huge, and it would explain a lot of things, but...what if the reason everything is dying is because of this place called the Iron realm that's apparently poisonous to any fey and land but Lin can resist since she's half human? If you say yes it will help because I'm a horrible explainer and they will rescue Lin, don't worry)
