You turn around to face Jess, and realize that her blue eyes had turned blood red. Suddenly, she shook her head, changing her eyes back to their original blue. She stared at the knife she was holding for a second, and dropped it, letting it clatter on the ground. She turns away from you, screaming, "Run! Get away from me! Go, before it's too late!"

You open the door and bolt in a random direction. You hear a growling noise behind you, and it seems to be getting closer. What do you do?

One of the guards screamed and stabbed you with the spear. Suddenly, your powers reawakened and burnt the spear and its holder, turning them to ashes and melting the metal
She took a step back, clutching her arm with her hand. She tried to stop it, terrified.

It's written in a language that you don't understand. Character are riddled all over the book. Even the title is written weirdly.
