Tyka jumped to the next branch and the next. She started to get the hang of it and started doing it faster. She had never had so much fun before. Then she landed on the next branch and heard a crack. She yelped as her branch creaked under her weight, about to snap.

The halfie was always besides her, and she quickly lunged at her to catch her. She was able to crash into her but also claw at a tree trunk desperately to hold them both to it safely.

The branch snapped and fell under the weight of the both of them. Tyka looked at the branch fall, clinging to the tree terrified, that would have been her.
"Thanks," She said inched to the closest branch and hesitantly stepping on it.

Liana was shaking a bit but nodded, carefully letting Tyka go onto a safe branch. Her ears where down and tail between her legs now.

"I..." She trailed off, feeling bad.
Everything was her fault, if she had just gone with those people then all of this would have never happened. Then Liana wouldn't have been so sad and she had almost died just to save her. She slumped down on the branch, feeling defeated.

Well that only made Liana feel worse. She carefully stretched and wove through a few branches and offered a paw to Tyka. "Liana's sorry."

"It's not your fault. I just feel like everything that is happening is because of me," She said her ears drooping sadly as she took Liana's hand.

She kept hold of Tyka's paw and then wove herself through some branches over to the lion. She carefully hugged her. "Not Tyka's fault. Mean ones fault, bad naughty's. Thats why Liana took Tyka away from mean ones. They baddies."

"Really," She said looking up at her with wide eyes, "I thought it is my fault because I was born a lion," Her tail flicked nervously as she heard people come over to investigate the fallen branch.

Liana quickly lifted her up and held her close so that they could continue on. "No ones faults of how they are born. I am half kitty, but not my faults with my words and things."
