Ivan quickly stole Jordan's backpack and took his sleeping bag with a "thanks for letting me borrow your stuff."
Jordan hissed a quiet insult and settled on sleeping in the chair by the workstation.

Ivan laid sprawled out on his sleeping bag with a book in hand, taking the first watch. Jordan leaned over the table and buried his head into his arms, hoping to sleep quickly and have this whole ordeal over and done with.

Pissed off a little by his attitude, Peach frowned. Nevertheless she followed Neil. Not likely? Why do you say that? You dont even know who I am or what I can do. Belittling people before you know them is a bad habit. Peach said carelessly.

Mai wasn't going to sleep. She never slept well in new places, which was a bit surprising, because in her own world, she never slept in the same place more than 3 times.

He paused after pushing away a long hanging branch, barely sparing her a glance before continuing the trek through the woods. "If you were well-versed in inter-dimensional travel I doubt you'd still be here. Obviously you wouldn't know how to handle this if it were the case."
"We're nearing the source of the initial anomaly." He added, moving around a cluster of thorns before emerging on the edge of the clearing the other three were setting up camp in.
Ivan caught sight of the boy and frowned, "Hey, are you still awake?" He asked Mai quietly, hoping she heard him through the ice.
Neil turned back to check if Peach was with him and commented, "We're here."
(So the whole group is coming together now.)
