Well, she seems to be very hungry. Her meal is gone within just a few minutes.

He's surprised at how fast she inhales her food

Then again, she is very skinny. She must be/have been anorexic or starving or something.

That or she has a demonic appetite that goes along with an unreal metabolism

That seems likely. But not really- demons do seem to have a fast metabolism, but there's a definite difference between being skinny in a healthy way and starvation.
