I reach up and pet his head gently before rapping my arms tightly around his neck in an attempt to console him. Then I whisper quietly to him.
"I know Aura, I don't think it's that safe either..."
After I few seconds I look down and half lie again.
"I'd love too, but I'd prefer it if you could just point me in the general direction. Aura doesn't like to be alone..."

Hesitating at the doorway, I think of whether or not I should enter. Well, I guess I'm already here, so I might as well enter. Plus, an inn would surely be a good place to gather some information. I put one hand on one of my daggers, and cautiously enter the building.

You open up the closet that Carah is sniffing at. You see claw marks all over the sides of the closet, school supplies are scattered everywhere, and there black burn marks in the wood.
It seems like what ever creature was trapped in here was large enough to make a mess, and had claws. It quite possible that it had fire powers too.

She grabs your wrist and begins dragging you towards her hut.
Aura grabs the back of your shirt again and starts to pull you back towards him. The fairy pulls back.
