"Okay!" I say to her as I move the sticks aside, dig into the ground until earth with my hands, and then putting the sticks back so the fire wouldn't spread from the grass.

Micah continued clearing sleeping areas. Tossing rocks and sticks into one pile in case Destiny wanted to use them.
"Alicia? Did you want to help, or..." Micah said, pausing his work to look over at her. He knew she wasn't very happy about this arrangement, she seemed more of a loner. They probably wouldn't have been the best of friends, in reality, but they were an okay team.

Loki gave a sigh, "Humans.." he took out his hammer and whacked it into the ground, creating a hole which could be climbed in and out of. Wind blew strongly through the clearing, bringing leaves down which were directed into the hole until the trees were bare adn it had clean leaves.

Alicia gave a sharp look to Micah in the time and dropped her firewood inside the large already-roaring fire, leaving some beside it.

Annie looked sour and frowned, turning out the fire so it was just a pile of charred wood and Alicias new clean wood, a tiny spark that could barely do anything ontop of the charred wood. She glowered and walked off, pushing past Izaya. The static in the air made you feel like they're shared parts of conversation. Izaya gave a brisk nod and Alicia disappeared.

Izaya then turned to Mino, waiting for her questions, "She has not broken any orders" he pointed out quickly.

After they were out of sight and ear shot of the others she let her posture drop her ears flattening to the sides as if something had upset her a bit. " You were human once right Izaya?"

I walk over to the small flame, cupping it and trying not to let if go out as I transferred it to the newer pile of dry wood, fanning it to make a decent campfire.

Izaya nodded, "Once.. I was, once" he gave a short smile, "Yes, I died before this era."

The flame refused to move, neither getting bigger nor smaller. the wood was heavy, meaning you couldn't pick it up.

Mino clinched her fists her ears flattening a little more " Then I can't just Order you and Annie around" she said softly, her tail dropping and not wagging as it usually did " We will do the temples on our own, but I refuse to give either of you direct orders...." she said relaxing a bit before she started walking deeper into the forest

She kept her back to him her eyes starting to water up though she suppressed the exhaustion she was honestly to tiered to think. " Okay..." she managed to choke out before continuing on to look for food her tail limply tucking between her legs
