Vivi quickly pulled Missy through the portal, mostly because she saw her swaying on her paws. Luke quickly followed through. "Sorry. I just...like little creatures, a-and she bit me...and then I conked out." Vivi started calling him an idiot.

D ate her own hare, but Saph started nibbling the grass, spitting it out and then trying some other plant life.

"It's okay, they are pretty cute," Missy said with a nod laying down on the ground, "Do we really need to catch them, they seem happy. I think they would do better out in the wild, where they belong."

Arlo watched them eat, waiting for them to finish so they could keep moving. The sun was already sinking down the sky, it would be night soon. Nia finished her food quickly, jumping up and running in circles.

Luke seemed confused. Vivi spoke. "Arlo probably would, but D has only known a life inside. Plus, she took 4Hd, who has been mostly raised here. Those two wouldn't do well at all."

Sapphire soon just ate some random berries, not knowing the possibility of them being toxic.

D picked Saph up once she was done, cradling her.

"But chaining them up?" She didn't seem convinced, she closed her eyes for a second, trying to push away how tired she was, "They are in the same forest as before, they aren't moving so they must be taking a break."

Nia seemed to calm down once Arlo picked her up, falling asleep in his arms. Arlo placed a paw on D.
"We should go now. Do you know which direction we need to go?"

"Not even our choice to chain them." Vivi said softly. "Alright. You don't have to help us this time. We'll take a van." Luke said.

D nodded, she remembered her mother saying that her father had last flown out into the sun set. He had to be that way, right?

"I... I can help," She lifted her paw, looking tired as her eyes glowed, but a portal didn't open.
She sighed, lowering her paws, I wish Cleric was here... do you think he can hear me all the way over here? Probably not.
"I can't do it, I'm too tired," She yawned as if proving a point, "I could go get Zebra or Cleric, but I can't teleport."

Arlo waited for her to elaborate on where to go, nope, no explanation. He looked towards the setting sun, placing a paw on her.
"Maybe we should rest, we have had a long day after all."

Vivi knelt down and picked Missy up, cradling her. "Don't worry about it. Luke is a wild driver, we'll get there in maybe a minute." She said, glaring at Luke as he made a face to her compliment. "Aw, didn't know you could be nice." Vivi blushed faintly. "Shut it Penner."

She shrugged. She couldn't speak well enough to explain that she wanted to find her father as soon as possible. To get as far as they could from the lab.

Missy meowed, not sure what to say, then her ears perked as she heard talking.
"Seriously Cleric, you said you heard her in this place," It was Zebra!
"I don't know why either, but I'm sure it was her," Replied Cleric in a gentle calming voice.
"I say we find her fast, I don't think I can take all the noise," It was her sister, Medusa.
She beamed as her siblings came into view. Zebra was a black cat with white stripes and green eyes. Cleric was light brown with blue eyes. Medusa was black and brown with white stripes. She had her eyes tightly closed and for a good reason.

Arlo let out a tiny yawn, "Well I'm going to have a nap, wake me up if you want to leave," He curled around Nia, quickly falling asleep. Nia was also asleep.

Luke was quite shocked to see these other cats all of a sudden.

Vivi seemed to get excited, or at least her eyes did. She really did like animals.


D sighed and nodded. She gently nestled 4 up in some grass and got her to sleep. But she kept yapping softly.

"Hey Missy," Cleric said first, glancing in her direction with blind eyes.
"Hey Cleric," She said giving them a wave, Zebra seemed on edge.
"Did they hurt you," Zebra hissed for bristling, eyes glowing with anger.
"I'm fine, just tired," She let out another yawn, "This is my friend Vivi," She seemed awkward at the word friend, "And the boy is Luke."
"So we didn't even have to worry," Medusa said with a sigh, swishing her tail, "I could have practiced being blind with Cleric, you know how bad everything goes when I open my eyes."
