She looks back at Caspian.

A girl walks up to her, "Do you need somebody to make you cry?"

(Weirdest thing I've ever typed.)

" um...no, I think I can manage. "

(Not the weirdest thing I've heard.)

(Oh gosh.)

The girl blushes, nodding before shooing the flock into the trees. They stay with their backs turned.

It's rare her species cries, but this is a crying moment. She sits by him, tears starting to form in her eyes.

His breathing was labored, his eyes were closed but he tried to open them to see her, sensing her sadness. He didn't understand why, he just wanted her to be happy again. He chirps, a soar sound coming from his throat. He grimaces in pain, unable to lift his head to look at her.

That just makes her sadder, and the tears start rolling down her face and onto him.

He begins to frantically try to calm her down, still not understanding why she was crying. He tries to chirp, trying to tell her he'd be fine, even though he wouldn't. All that comes out is a hoarse squeak, he tries to turn over, but can barely even move his side.

She continues crying, her tears starting to glow as they fall.

He soon calms down, his wounds slowly closing.
