How can I expand my party further? I already expanded it once, but the game doesn't want me to expand my party further.

Do I need a certain level or something to expand it further? I really want to cause I failed last battle~

I can be your mentor (I miss being a mentor so I check here regularly c:)

You can expand your party up to 3 sylestis, one for each town you can access. You can get your next one at Umbra Forest for 20k-25k
Updating your equipment regularly helps a lot and getting the best, also check your parties default stats. It's worth investing into max stats/ high stats. I give all my newbies a high-stat sylesti ^^

There are several ways to get essence and all of them are very rare. It includes: battling sylesties, nurturing sylesties, doing missions, Jinxie's Jamboree, and I think some others. The most reliable way however, is to buy them from other players on the trade broker or item auctions forum. If by needing a mentor for help getting sylesties, then I think you misunderstand what a mentor is for: they don't give you things, they teach you things and answer your questions.
