Kate growls and take a moment to think about the problem smelling the air and the water that has splashed on her before caving and spreading her little hand with the amulet on her wrist to see if it would show her anything she was obviously missing.

Surprised, I continue walking/ So, should I keep the egg with me incase we come across them again? If they don't know what the brooch is, do you think.. no that would be too risky. huffing in annoyance I try to find where the entrance to the cave is to look in the pool again./ Do you think you can teach me some easy protection spells while we travel?

Looking at the eagle, something begins to stir. The creatures are like giant fish in the sea, prey which the eagles hunt through surprise attacks. Of course, the eagle is strong enough to lift them out, but if you could get some way to replicate that...

They definitely know what the brooch is. StarCatcher said. There's a particular thing about them that I can't place, but something's wrong with them. They're also searching for Remnants and Beasts. I can't teach you much about magic, since I can't use any myself. But we could always ask.

what if they are the decendants of the original battle ? That only seems logical to me.. i smile in triumph when I see the cave entrance, but slows down, expecting the Unknown to be there. Well, you can be my conversation buddy then!

" Well I'm sure not an Eagle, and those brutes are way out of your weight range Leo" she said twirling her spear as she thought, " But maybe if you flew above them as a temptation I could swoop in and get their soft bellies before they went back down, or maybe even just get them on land" she mumbled her tail flicking back and forth " Its worth a shot!" she said with a smile letting Leo circle over head as she braced herself on the ground perpendicular to the pool her bare feet cold against the stone as she prepared to rocket forward torch and spear in hand.

When I was captured earlier, they said something about this pool. Something like if you're thinking of something, it'll sown you. Mabey if you describe the brooch to me, I could see where it might be. But we could also look around the cave to see if there is anything useful too!
