Soon I was finished and washing it down with my drink, Amy was taking her time though.

Knuckles eyed the waiter supiciously, but snapped out of it when Tails spoke. "I know what I have to do, but I don't know how to go about it," He said, clenching his fist. "It won't be long before you-know-who finds out that the you-know-what is unprotected..."

I sighed, "We'll get back in time don't worry." Amy just kept on eating.

"You know what he almost did last time he had it..." Knuckles muttered to nobody in particular.

"yeah,it really needs another form of protection"(I don't know what he did,presumable tried to destroy the world)

I shrugged, "Either way, don't worry." I said simply.

Knuckles sat up abrutply and glared at Tails, offended that he would dare suggest something like that. "No, it does not," He growled, fists clenched tighter. He wouldn't attack him, but... No. Knuckles was adequet, and nobody would convince him otherwise.

Amy saw that Knuckles looked like he wanted to punch Tails, "Knock it off." she said simply.

Knuckles' gaze shifted to Amy. He growled briefly, less in anger and more in dissapointment, and glanced at Sonic. "Do you think that too?" He inquired.
