Res pants for a few moments, leaning against Nikkie as he catches his breath to start another round of random ramblings. He shakes his head and grins at Cara as he gathers his thoughts. Nikkie notices that Res was going to start talking again, so he quickly tries to hush him. Res debates on being silent or not, giving them a few more seconds of peace and quiet.
Res' spirit animal, Azar, coos a response in the dragon tongue, Still not sure how to get him to be quiet. He talks a lot. He doesn't repeat things, so it's something new each time, but it still gets annoying listening to him talk nearly nonstop."

"Thank you!" I say to him "Anyway, new mission?" Cara is very quiet and distant, I'd swap anytime with you Draco grunts at Azar

"Mission? Is it an impossible one like keeping quiet? I've already been super good about being quiet. I didn't talk out of turn - for the most part - and being quiet for that long makes me even more talkative and energetic... Ok, so what's the mission?" Res returns from his tangent.
"Why don't we? Just for a day? Just to try it out... We could figure it out. Stay with the other for the day?" Azar was pretty much begging Draco.

I shrug "I haven't been given one in ages, I was asking you guys. If we don't get one soon me and Draco are going on a spying mission" I wish Draco grumbled it's impossible, wait mission? He uncurls and nudges me "Mis-ion?"

"If I could go on a mission, I would go with you. My role doesn't exactly allow for that..." Nikkie glances back to the room where the meeting had been held. "A spying mission... I think that would be a fun thing to go on. Spying on the Undead kingdom?" Nikkie asks.
Azar decides to pay attention to what the humans are saying, walking forward slightly to come beside Draco as if waiting for Cara's answer as well.
"Would I be able to go on that mission with you? I promise I can contain my chatter when on it." Res promises, for a moment actually acting and sounding more his age, which means less bouncy and chatty.

"Sure," I say with a smile "Get your stuff ready, we'll leave tomorrow morning" 'Mission!' Draco yelps at Azar "Ho-w lo-ngg is mis-ion?" He asks, turning to me

Azar perks up when Draco talks about a mission. He was already itching to go now.
Nikkie nods in agreement to Draco. The dragon was smart to think of asking that.
Res claps his hands in excitment. "Great! Thanks." He pets Azar and then heads to go get ready, calling for his spirit animal to follow. Azar hums and then heads to follow Res.

'Bye bye' Draco calls to Azar "It depends" I say

Ruby hurried back setting up her area of the room

"Later 'gator!" Azar chirps over his shoulder as he bounds after Res, giving Draco a small smile.
"The least amount of time is an hour or something because that's a short amount of time. The most would be... Well, I can't be gone too long without getting in trouble. If you brought me along, the most would probably be a day." Nikkie sighs in frustration. "Perhaps it would be better just for Res and you to go." He says, knowing he wouldn't be able to go if they wanted to stay there longer.

Lilura cheerfully sets up her area of the hide out. She offers to help Ruby with her place when she's done with her own.
