You awake to small hisses and sounds of animals moving inside the house.
I get up and as silently as I can grab my sickle then creep inside to see what kind of animal dared to enter my future beautiful home
It was a small wild cat, a cub.

I gently kneel down and make my presence known, I hold a hand out to the little thing and try to coax it towards me.

You see a mouse off to the corner of the room, it's plump. It was probably what it was hissing at, but the mouse was to busy eating to care.

I'll attempt to catch it, keeping away from any creaky floorboards, maybe keep a couple berries on hand in attempt to lure the mouse towards me too
