(They know about colours and Copper is a pelt colour of yes, they would know ^^ It's like Mask, Silk, Brindle, Azure etc. They know markings and colours)

I've read most of the warrior cat books, and I have never read about copper in them, but of course, I could be wrong........... :)

There are words they know that they generally don't use. They know of a tabby pelt, but they don't have Tabbykits. They also mention 'silky' as a texture but I've also never heard of a Silkykit.
