Ripple wakes with a start and moves to sniff the carrots, but her eyes fix on the boy and she nips you and scampers to the corner of the crib farthest from him. She curls into a ball and growls in her little way; she seems terrified!

She whimpers from her corner in the crib, not taking her eyes off of the boy. Ed and Shiera frown and exchange a look. "Now, where did you say you came from son?" Ed inquires when he looks to the boy to his left. The boy passes an innocent look and replies, "I-I don't know! Like I said I can't remember anything!" He gives you a pleading look as if you could do something.

Returning to the old lady, you find her feeding the fawn a bottle, the fawn drinking frantically. Its leg is bandaged up and it looks to be unbothered by the wrap on her leg. The lady smiled up at you and Barrett warmly and asks, "What a cute couple you two are. I remember those days. This little fawn here is good as new! She was a little bit frisky about the leg at first, but after giving her a little bit of a bottle, she calmed right down. Do you have a name for her yet?" After the bottle was finished, the fawn leaned against her leg and nuzzled into her hands, she seems to really like her!
