Ok, so, I have a conundrum on my hands; Sunemperor's turn is almost up as I type this, but I do know what they want from the prize list. (I was sent a PM prior to their turn requesting a specified pet that is still available.)

Should I count this and set the pet for Sunemperor, or should I take a no exceptions approach and drop them to the bottom of the prize list?

I want to be fair about this, but I'm uncertain as to what qualifies as fair in this instance. Or perhaps, equitable is better way to look at it. A little help?

Unless they specifically asked you to hold it for them because they wouldn't be on...I dunno. It's possible they are at school (if...they go to school, or work), and their turn started very late at night. :/ The 12-hour window doesn't make any sense, then, imo. People go to bed early for said jobs above, then they are normally stuck at those jobs until 3-5 in the afternoon. That's well past 12 hours.

If you're going to enforce the rules, then I guess the rule stands? I don't know! I have the ability to be on the computer at work, so it's no issue to me when I am pinged. Other people, though, are not so fortunate. :/

I say it counts, personally. They probably sent that PM in case they wouldn't be on so.
