Matt startled when in a sudden rush of crowd the boy disappeared. He frowned the chances of finding him now were slim. Shaking his head in annoyance he turned towards the tailor shop. It was still a few hours until dinner and a little sleuthing would not hurt his timing.

Resa let a curse escape her lips. Oh we'll, it didn't seem like the man was directly connected to the theft. She decided to go home but before she did she wanted to head to the station. With police attention divided between the warehouse and the contest hall she could check up on the warehouse case without being disturbed. Charisma looked up at her as if knowing what she was planning.
"I know I'm not supposed to get involved but that doesn't mean I can't see how things are going." Resa explained to her while making her way to the patrol car.

Matt entered the new tailor shop and smiled at the man behind the counter. "May I help you?" Matt nodded congenially, "Actually yes I saw three men today with the most incredible suits and was hoping I could find where they got them. Mine is a little out of style." the man behind the counter nodded eager for a new sale. "Of course do you know their names?" Matt changed his expression to a sad one, "Alas I do not." The man behind the counter rubbed his chin, "Hmmm, then can you describe them to me?" Matt hid a smile as he gave the descriptions.

Resa entered the station, taking care not to draw attention to herself. Lucky for her the only officers that were there were buried in paperwork. She immediately crossed over to her desk computer and accessed the case data. Looking through the files she frowned, it seemed no new information had been found. No one has yet found anything at the warehouse and the man who attacked Courage and the faerie has stopped speaking. The faerie, Iris, doesn't know anything that would be helpful. She sighed, it had only been a day. She wasn't expecting anything massive but she had hoped to at least find something new.
Resa shut down the computer and left the station. There was nothing more she could do without going against the chief's direct orders so instead she left for home.

A lot of things have happened and i feel i would be holding you all back if i wanted to continue. Maybe i can join back in later...sorry for having you all wait so long. Just checking back in now. Matt found he could not get the names of the men without blowing his cover and considering how the shop keeper talked, he was quite happy with said customers. If he knew the truth he might tip them off, or worse even be one of them. However Matt did gain some information. The suits were made of custom cloth and design that had been sent to the man. He knew what kind of design was favored and what cloth. A little investigation into those might give him some leads. Matt checked his watch he had time to stop by a few more shops before dinner. His own tailor contact might have more useful on who manufactures said cloth.

Resa made her way home, a small frown clearly visible on her face. She never really knew what to do with herself when not at work and with chief Yett sending her home early two days in a row she felt completely useless. She was sure he wouldn't let her come to work tomorrow either. She decided to figure it out when she got home, maybe Courage was feeling well enough to go outside this afternoon.

Matt spotted the officer from earlier as he rode Bluestar to his destination. She seemed troubled. Still he had a case to solve and did not have the time to do much about it. Shrugging he continued down the block. Matt entered the familiar tailor shop and waited patiently until current customers were gone. the man looked up, "Back so soon? What can I do for ya Matt?" Matt looked around to make sure the store was empty before turning to the store clerk. "I need a favor Bill. I got a sample of cloth and need to see what you can tell me about it." He took the proffered sample and hmmed over it, "Pretty high end stuff. I can tell you that right now. Its as smooth as silk, but as durable as leather. Synthetic stuff, but still really pricey. I've only heard of it. A company came out with it just about a month ago, not really available to the common public yet. Only someone with cash comming out of their ears can afford it." Matt nodded as he took the sample back, "Thanks for your input. I just need one more thing. Can you tell me the name of the company?" Matt left the store a few moments later, both the cloth and company name safely in the inner lining of his hat.
