Current scene:
During your regular early 2021 activities, whether it be virtual school, walking your dog, or doing some virtual grocery shopping you find yourself daydreaming. About what you ask? A world named Argorin. filled with many unimaginable or otherwise impossible creatures and festivities. One moment it's just a thought in the back of your head to busy yourself during your otherwise uneventful day, the next you can feel the grass beneath your feet.. grass? Weren't you just at home? You look around yourself only to meet the gaze of a- what exactly was it? It looked like some sort of half-pigeon half-whatever but.. big, like really big, people around you began appearing out of seemingly nowhere, looking just as confused and disoriented as you, the half-pigeon monster looks like its getting ready to attack.

Why are you here?
How did you get here?
How will you get back?

It would be foolish to say that Casey wasn't bewildered. Just a moment ago, he was clocking out of work and getting ready to go home for the night. He dropped his coffee cup, gaping at the change of scenery. "What the...", He trailed off noticing the creature in front of him.
"Oh sweet gravy-"

(Just going to keep it short so I don't accidentally overshadow anyone else-)

Illya looks at the half pigeon half something not saying a word. Let it make the first move Illya quickly decided. if this creature was friendly things would be easier if not well she had run away from danger before. She watches the creature trying not to seem too interested in it.

Alyx gets to his feet and takes a cautious step back. "Payton? Please say this is a trick." Even as he says it, he knows that he would be the one of the two to pull off something like this, not Payton. He frowns, looks around for a familiar face, and takes another step back.

"Holy mackerel." Kanoa mutters as he spots the half-pigeon monster. He recognized the monster to know it was half-pigeon at least.. but what was the other half? He looks around for something he can use as a weapon to defend himself with. If the half-pigeon was looking ready to attack, then Kanoa was preparing to do the same.

Illya watches the creature and trying to sense if anyone else was around her. If this was a hallucination Illya understood it could be connected to what she had been working on earlier that morning. Carefully she talks to the creature, "Hello?"

The beast bared its sharp beak and opened its mouth wide for an unnaturally loud screech that echoed long past the steep hill you stood on and sounded as if it could reach further than the tree's covering the horizon. Digging its claws into the dirt it charges violently at the group, kicking clumps of dirt and grass up behind it. Before it reaches you it stops mere feet away from Kanoa, lifting its eagle-like wings, seemingly trying to appear bigger. It ignores Illya and doesn't seem to notice the other two yet.



..why might that be?

Even though it wasn't directly running at him, Casey still yelped, scrambling back. His heart was running a mile a minute while his mind and the rest of his body were trying to catch up. Did I just get drugged or something? Did I pass out at work- Oh god, oh god, oh god. The worst he's dealt with is crazy middle-aged women with bad haircuts- but this was something that he would have never expected to deal with.

I'm very tempted to have him ask if it needs anything returned in a panic- /j

Illya looks at Kanoa, 'Don't think about getting a weapon. It'll provoke the pigeon creature. Please I think the creature's just scared like we are." Turning to look at the creature Illya speaks again, "Can we do something to help you? You seem lost too."

It glanced to Casey, for maybe a second, then looked to Illya, still not quite noticing the other one. It retracted its wings for a moment, but then forcefully slammed one into Kanoa, letting out another blood-curdling screech that shook the tree's in the distance. It began walking closer to Casey and Illya, setting heavy prints into the dirt with every step, Eyeing the two closely.
