For the last 36 hours, I've noticed that in the Forgotten Caverns, I regularly find crates of Lost Supplies, then I get the info that the task has progressed to 1/3, repeatedly - even if that task is NOT in my actual tasks for the day/week.

Should be fixed up for you.
I am not sure why this happens, but it seems to rarely and randomly happen to players and then I have to manually go into the database and remove the excess spawns.
