Hi! I want to do some low stress art just to get back into the groove of finishing things and destress a bit before the school semester starts.

Right now I think I'll take 2 initial slots for icon style headshots just to practice a bit with shading, expressions, and hair.
I may take more slots later once I work through some personal art backlogs, but right now I want to take what I know I can get done at this exact immediate moment.

I'm mostly going to be focused on either anthros or humans, so please no Sylestis, I'm not too interested in drawing ferals this time around since I want to practice a more 'kemono' style with anthros overall.

I'll probably pick and choose what I want to draw out of this thread since my last attempts to force myself to operate on first come first serve has gone absolutely terrible in the past and I don't want to burn myself out again before I even start.

Please no requests for fanart, I'm not too interested in doing any at this moment.

Also, when requesting art, I would like visual references if at all possible. I have a difficult time drawing off of description alone. Even a doodle or image made from the avatar wardrobe will do.
Using sites like Picrew and Artbreeder or your own drawn/ commissioned art are the best for me as I don't like drawing art based on images found off Google if I can't confirm you own the character.
If a picture isn't possible, a detailed physical description and personality of a character so I can get a feel for them is what I'd prefer.
When requesting, let me know what you'd want in terms of an expression/pose of a character, but if you have no preference, I'll probably do whatever I think fits best.

Right now I'll be doing these for free since I'm mainly using them to bust out of an art rut.
I'll accept gold as tips or payment if you want, but if you want to guarantee a slot out of me (even after I've filled the slots), consider doing an art trade with me. I love any and all art I get of my character army. :D

Demi is as depicted a young teen in this reference, he seems to be a kind and reassuring person, popular among others.
Has a need to be in control, good at pretending he isn't in control for the sake of keeping that control. He is generally mostly seen for his rabbit traits(and he prefers it that way, people are more likely to be tricked by something they look down on)
Of the magic identities he aligns with both fire magic and blood magic - 2 magics predominantly aligned with predator type animals.
Demi makes a living by collecting and exchanging plants and medicines along with acting as a doctor when needed.

Demi(adult) is more wolf-like than rabbit by this point, has taken to wearing some kind of facial cover along with the customary hood and cloak his species adorns to stay hidden. Would kill you for getting on his bad side, which is surprisingly hard to do. Most of the time he will think youre not important enough to give a ****** about for doing something stupid.

Ended up doing a halfbody. Rough flat color and rough lineart so far, wanted to show progress in case you had changes to suggest before I cleaned this up, shaded, and finalized it.
Also wanted to know if you had a background in mind?
