Just a few moments ago, I was helping in Mikazukichan's Garden. I got two messages telling me I had found a Root Strengthener. However, when I went to my Inventory, no Root Strengtheners were there. I don't remember how many already-used Root Strengtheners I already had, but as far as I know a new Root Strengthener doesn't get automatically used; it shows up Inventory. Please advise.

There shouldn't be anything in the code that would do such a thing. So I have no idea what this would be from.
Can you try and catch a screenshot if this happens again?

I will. It didn't occur to me to do so when it happened because, hey, you get something from helping a Garden and it just appears in your Inventory.
