so im returning and my memory is trashy but what exactly do i get essence? i got one before from exploring but i dont know how to get one that allows more than 2 points?? im very lost sorry if this is a dumb question

As a quick tl;dr, all levels of essence can be bought from the diamond shop. Regular (2TP) and Enhanced (4TP) essences can very rarely be found from fights, mission satchels, and nurturing.
