i found a silver bells faelora egg in the howling pass, and i wanted to know what type of pet it was (ie, if the fressence needed to sculpt one was regular or majestic or whatever), but for some reason i can't find the fressence needed to make one in any of the categories. did i just miss where it's listed or is it a special type of pet? i searched on the advanced sear and only three not pure bred eggs were listed, including mine. i was just curious because it seems kind of weird

Themed pets found while exploring are called Tamed themes. They are not made from sculpting- (those are exclusives). But all wild themed that are tamed are guaranteed to have a minimum of 2 TP, so 1 vis or 2 carried traits, though they certainly can have more.
Edit to add: Majetstic sculptures have set traits of a set (ex: Frost NyVenes all have Frost dragon traits).
There are typically four Majestics each season.
Most regular sculptures, both fabled and normal, can have ANY non restricted traits.
Regular sculptures cover all species every season.

you can find the full list of themed pets for this fest here
As mentioned, SB faes are a wild/zone theme, and can be found in the fest zone as wilds or, as you discovered, as egglings (the full list of them is under "howling pass wild" in the linked page, unlike the Exclusive themes, which have to be made or won.
