I have no idea if this has been brought up before- please link it to here if it has/has been declined before!

Im working on tier 5 for Snow Wars, and I have a ton of tower cards building up that I will never use. If we could shred cards and turn in 3 or so of these "card scraps" for a new random card of the same tier shred (exactly like melting frost essences) I think that'd be nice.
