It's happened twice now. I'll beat the Red Warlord by the cave and even hours after, he won't respawn. Not even a Place Holder is there.
I beat him about 9:30 Server time last night and he's still not there at 10:20 AM. What's going on? :c
EDIT: I just went over to the spot where he should be, and I'm bumping into something, but not letting me interact. I think he's invisible.

I have a similar problem. Today, I checked out a map of the festival. I saw the gingerbread house, so I had to go! I entered the zone and traveled to the gingerbread house. There should've been a witch or at least a placeholder, right? But neither were there. I did not find any trace of the witch or placeholder. I could stand on the spot where the witch or placeholder was supposed to spawn.

Everything seems to be working normally. If you're having issues, exit the zone and re-enter.
