You wake up waiting for the sounds of gunfire and bombs to start up again but it is eerily quiet. you look around at the ruins of the house you were sheltering in and you see all the rubble and debris everywhere. Books that could be valuable, baubles trinkets bits and bobs laying everywhere. there are tokens laying in amongst the rubble but you don't think there will be much use for currency now that everything has gone to ruin right?

there are no birds trilling there beautiful songs to greet you and the coming dawn, there are no foxes or rabbits playing in the grass. you feel surrounded by emptiness and come to realise that for now and in the area you are in that you are the only one there a little ways off you see an army man's uniform with a gun and a bag that should have rations and you are feeling quite hungry, you could search around the rubble for valuables and put them in the bag just in case you find someone who would like them. And hey! what others don't know whont hurt them!

-now its your turn! base your response on ONE of the bellow options-

(Search the rubble for valuables and tokens)
(go put on the Uniform, bag and grab the gun)
(just leave)
(start screaming for no reason other than to hear sound)

/////////////after this post i would appreciate it if you could Quote the message i type out for you, it would make my coming back to this after a couple minutes/hours easier especially if i fall asleep! \\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\\

while searching threw the rubble you accumulate 1,000 tokens and you find a leatherbound tomb with a title in a strange language. you also find some gold jewelry and a small handful of gems as well as a grimoire that has a little picture of a dragon on the front and a guide to identifying monsters.

you search some more but everything else of value is either too stuck or too damaged. you find no food or drink amongst the debris so you must now move on.

(search the soldiers bag for rations)
(take the soldiers bag and gun and look for a safer location)
(Scream because WHY NOT!)
(leave with the armload of valuables)

I see a soldiers bag and look through it for any rations.

with your armload of valuables you make your way to the discarded soldier belongings, the clothing is in mid condition and there is no sign of blood or a body. Inside the bag you find some Anzac Biscuits, a flashlight, some batteries and a water skin full of wine.

being under age you shouldn't be drinking but so far there is nobody around so you leave everything in the bag and add the valuables that you collected. thinking on how the world may of collapsed during the war some of the things you collected could be worth over 5'000 tokens, but that's just an estimate and its not like you did all to well with maths in school when you whent.

after a moment you think about your attire. a tattered dress is not good for trudging around in.

(take the soldier outfit + gun)
(search the debris for a better outfit)
(take gun and leave *who cares about clothes*)

after dressing in the outfit of a soldier and hoisting the pack on your back you grave the gun and check the ammo. 10 shots. you then go into the forest knowing you would be safer in there then out on the road. you forest but you can't hear anything or see anything. but you do notice that there are now brambles creeping along starting to make a wall ahead of you, behind you thorns have also blocked the way.

Your exits are slowly being blocked by brambles but the forest should be the safest! maybe taking out the monsters guide would be useful to identify what you have stumbled upon and find out if it is malicious or just putting on a show.

(consult the guide to monsters)
(shoot randomly into to forest)
(Ask if they can stop because your scared)
(get angry)

you consult the guide and you find out that it is a Forest Nymph they are harmless vegetarians that live as long as the forest they are born in unless someone seeks them out and kills them, they can not survive more than 3 days outside of there forest and when they feel threatened the forest protects them by giving them time to flee. sometimes in extreme cases Forest Nymphs have been known to kill other creatures but that is only if they are cornered, like the saying goes 'a cornered Nymph is an open grave'. they enjoy sitting in sunlit spaces and are often seen as a tree or a moss covered rock, some nymphs have a more human like appearance were as others are more plant.

If you come across a Forest Nymph you are safe unless you seek to harm it then you are in big trouble. they are able to detect poison so that may be why you have found one.

the is a lot more written on the creature in here but the thing about poison made you think about the 'wine' and 'anzac biscuits' in your bag.

(put down the gun)
(try to explain that you mean no harm)
(attempt to start a conversation)
(sit down and wait for the Nymph to get the idea that you are friend not foe)
