I've noticed that quite often when people are selling pets they'll advertise it by saying like "Abyssal sylvapora" or another fancy name in order to entice buyers. My question is, in order to name the sale like that does the pet have to meet certain requirements? Like breed or something? Or can you make up a name that you think fits? For example, if I had a Black and grey Drayel, could I just call it a Nightfall Drayel, or would it have to have a breed, or themed name of Nightfall Drayel?

Generally people will name their long term breeding projects. (A project were a player will breed generations of pets with a color palette, trait set, and stats as an end goal)
But lots of people also advertise themed pets by the theme name. Theme names are found on a pets profile in their genetic section. Themes are specially obtained pets with set color palettes (and some have set traits ex: Frost dragon Nyvene).
The term 'themed pet' can be split into two categories. 'Tagged' are first generation animals
'Pure breed' are pets who's ancestors are all the same type of tagged theme.
I personally have several personal projects. Some players advertise their projects as say " Personal project, infertile max stat Cream Coffee Puffadore".
From that title you can find out that
1) it is a personal project, so it has a set color palette and traits
2) the pets are infertile, unable to breed
3) is max stat, meaning the inborn stats are as high as possible
4) the projects name. This case Cream Coffee
5) that the species is a puffador
I can post more examples of actual pets if you would like.
