I...am at my wits end, I have spent over $100 in tickets for this -shudder- wheel that I have come to absolutely hate. I was certain I would at least get one holiday pet or perhaps an enhanced essence....

Well I did get One, singular enhanced essence...

I hate to be this person, I really do, and I am not necessarily asking for a refund, or more tickets or anything other than you guys reconsider the ratios of that blasted wheel...

My Christmas wish is to have just a tiny bit better chance of getting the rare pets on the wheel.

I wish I could give you a better response, but everything is working as intended. Keep in mind... they are triple visible pets. On top of that, they're also holiday pets - exclusive holiday pets. Their value is pretty much the highest of any pet in game.

As of now, already 26 have been won. I mean, compare that to triple visibles won from Franken Pets or Eggling Auctions... which amounts to maybe like 6-8 per month. So statistically, they are fairly common in regards to being a triple visible.

All that I can suggest is that if you don't wish to use the Wheel of Cheer anymore, try finding another player with a pet that you want and try to make a deal directly with them.

With actually spinning, it's all just luck. One of the first pets won was by someone who spun only once. It's just how it goes. You can also find Wheel of Festival Cheer tickets while exploring the holiday zone from the Mysterious Presents.
