I thought that it'd be a great idea if pets could be caught as a hermaphrodite as a little rarity or even a philter that'll change a pet of your choosing into a hermaphrodite giving it the ability to be bred with males and females though will still have the recovery time as usual three days until they can have another baby.

No i dont think this would work. I wouldnt mind a non gender option but that would make breeding difficult if you had random no gender sterile babies born. What if it was a 6v for your project? Best to leave things as they are. No support

No, if you catch a wild one it could be both genders, and then it's genes could be given to its offspring by chance like any gene so... pets that you have that you know for sure aren't herms can't make herms so no worries your pets are safe and... it only happens when catching sylesti's. So there's no possible way of your pets generating a herm at all unless you breed them with a newly caught sylesti that so happens to be a herm.

I would say no. It would make listing a pet in the liniage page a complete mess. We already have a gender swapping philter so I see no need for this. And the philter has some nice restrictions on it.

Ah, I see well, then may I wish it won't be added if you say it'd make everything a mess... I thought it was a great idea in my head, but... I see it was a very bad idea...

Oh.. I see your misunderstand no, the pet herm pet wouldn't be able to have an egg with itself only with other pets, but still my idea might be total garbage.

I appreciate any and all suggestions. Even if a suggestion is not feasible or something I am currently willing to implement, it still let's me see what players are wanting and opens the door for me to try and implement future features with such wants in mind.

For this specific suggestion, I don't think it would be something I'd want to do. There are a lot of mechanical reasons for me wanting to keep it strictly Male or Female as the only viable sexes a Sylesti can be.
