I think having an Idle option on profiles would be nice, and not on the "contacts" tab thing. Maybe if someone is on Sylestia but has not done anything for 5 minutes (like hasn't clicked back to a Sylestia tab, or just went afk on Sylestia), it could show other players that they are online, but maybe not paying attention.

This might be helpful for people who have pinged or PMed someone who is online, but they don't respond. Rather than having someone think they are being ignored, if they see that they are Idle, they could know that they just aren't paying attention.

Support! I like the idea of afk, because I know lots of users maybe have their computer on with a Sylestia tab open, but aren't necessarily online.
I also like how on stuff like Discord, I can set my status as invisible(I appear offline). I am often online on Sylestia but busy working on something and don't have time to respond to messages, but I of course don't want anyone to feel ignored! It would be nice to not feel pressure to respond right away when I am online but busy.
I think the possible issue with stuff like idle/hidden statuses is you couldn't see how long someone has been inactive for. Sylestia does seem to keep track of active players though, so maybe you could have an active player tag or something? Or once you reach a certain amount of days offline your status can't be hidden anymore?

Edit: Another helpful feature with statuses is maybe there could be a little circle next to someone's name on a forum?
