He's fairly small, with black scales that almost have a purple tint to them. He has silver scales at the corner of his eyes, and the silver scales under his wings are clustered closer up to the top of his wings and are more sparse towards the bottom edge
Personality:
He's a bit shy, but also very chaotic. He loves doing art and living in the rainforest.
Backstory:
He lives with his mom in the rainforest under queen glory. He has no interest in his powers and instead wants to be a painter or a writer.

Mind Reading. He has a rock thingy that prevents him from doing it though.

I spot a Nightwing wave at me Father did say make friends I guess, I hope he doesn't read my mind I walk over to him, even though he's older then me, with my skywing legs I am just a bit taller then him "Hello"
