Even though my design spots are full, when I go to my designs they aren't there

It sorts the designs by the time since you created them. If you want to see all of them, you have to select "At Any Time" in the Added drop down box. I thought my designs didn't save at first lol.
Or am I misunderstanding and they're not there at all, even if you select that?
