I was thinking that maybe the leaderboard could be expanded to 25 or 30 instead of the current 20. No tickets as prizes but that those spots could still get the title. It looks like the people in those positions have done quite a bit of caroling even if they're not in the top 20, and I was thinking it would be nice for people in those spots to walk away with something.

So those wanting to be in the Top 20 for prizes stay there, but the others doesn'T have to try like crazy to just get Title~ X3

This sounds very fair. If anything, people still walk away with the title even if they didn't quite make the top 20 where the prizes are awarded. I know I've been working quite hard though it seems I've just about plateaued because there are some users here that have the gold/diamonds to further themselves into the top 20 by buying that which is needed to make it up there, and while its perfectly ok, it could be seen as a not very fair thing for users who don't get such opportunities often. So expanding it to a top 40 sounds completely reasonable with the top 20 getting the other prizes along with the title.
