You are the Oldest child of your family and your family has been selected to participate in the trial of kings, Your parents chose you to participate because you were by far the oldest and they could do with one less mouth to feed. The trial of kings is to determine who will rune the new world that has been discovered by Dojiroshku, who is your king, he does not wish to rune the new world that he has discovered so he put forth a test for someone else to rule the new world.

Your chance to survive the test is low. the test has gone of for a year and already out of 700 candidates only a small portion remain. if more than one person wins then the king chooses the victor upon what he sees threw the magic that has been bestowed upon him. He will be able to read your mind once he sees you so lying is not an option.

The soft light awakens you and you hear something different from before and find yourself with the last remaining people. out of 700 only 5 remain, if people died or dropped out nobody knows for they are dead either way. you see a girl who looks trusting with light blond hair and blue eyes looking around with a smile on her face, then you see what many people commonly refer to as a halfling or an abomination with eyes that match his hair leaning against a tree regarding everyone casually as if this were normal. Looking around more you see others, A girl with Red hair and eyes to match who could also be called a halfling or abomination was glaring looking at the others skeptically then you see another boy with silver hair and bright blue eyes who looked kind of elvish his eyes looked like they were making millions of connections and plans. another person came into view they have Shaggy dark hair and violet eyes they looked to be very athletic but its hard to tell since they do not seem keen on talking to anyone at the moment. lastly you only just notice the last girl who was in the shadows of a dark oak looking at the everyone skeptical and looked to be thinking if killing was the right choice in this situation, then the Halfling boy chuckled and walked into the center so he was in full view...

Jin // Blorth of Clan Devran a' Meshda

He chuckled to himself and came to the center not really knowing how many people there was and decided to speak up first.

"Hello everyone! i am excited to meet the rest of the competitors! out of 700 only us few were able to get this far! I am Jin of the House Blorth belonging to the Clan Devran a' Meshda. The Clan Devran a' Meshda is mostly full of Demons but acaisionaly normal people are bred into the family! i am one such offspring of human and demon, i hope that we can all survive this to live upon the new world together despite who rules!"

He turned and smiled at everyone he blew kisses to the ladies and winked at the others present and bowed deeply to show his appreciation of those presence as well as how formal he is,

Sarah wasnt surprised by his blow kissing and his bowing, never really cared either she leaned up against a big tree and she played with her knife, not that she wanted to kill someone 'yet' but she was just having fun in that little mest up head of hers.

She stopped smiling at Jin's introduction and dusted of her shorts and started to walk away she did not notice the girl by the tree and she mumbled to herself. "boys with too much flourish are always the first to be chosen as king..." and she pulled out some paper from her back pocket and a wave of hatred crossed her face as she tore it to pieces and she buried the pieces in the ground then she went to the tree just steps away from the girl and pulled out a swiss army knife and cut of one of the branches smiling to herself as she tested its flexibility.

She threw her knife at a rabbit killing it knowing this was gonna be her dinner for tonight. She walked up to it and picked it up stuffing it in her sack before sitting back against the tree not saying sorry to the people she got blood on but who cares a little blood wont hurt anybody

she jumped and chuckled then she pulled out a wooden box from her pocket and gestured to the rabbit then the box, some odd but tasty sente came from the box and a small pouch at her side indicated she used flint and steel to start fires. I wonder is she will understand that i offer to cook the rabbit for her... i spotted some partridge in tall grass a little ways over so i could get bird as well and share a hearty meal with her since it is breeding season... she looks so tired... Azda thought waiting for any sign of confirmation from the girl who seamed so cold and distant.

~She took the rabbit out her bag and let out a soft "thank you" even if she did steal her dinner she could always find another besides she was the first person to show kindness threw this mess anyways so she didnt mind. She handed her the rabbit and put her knife back in her bag sitting down by the tree examining everything around her~

she nodded and lay the branch she cut of beside her as she took off her cropped hoodie and lay the rabbit on it. she then pulled out the flint and steel and looked around for a second then saw some dry grass and shrubs. she lay the flint and steel nexto the rabbit and pulled out her sling and picked up three smooth round pebbles. she threw one with her hand startling the two fat birds and then slung the other two to fell them. she pulled up some dry grass and put her sling away and then graved the birds and the nest with 4 eggs in it and came back.

She arranged the grass to look like a bed and then shaved some of the stick of to create chips to feed the fire before using some heavier branches, she carefully started the fire and smiled as she succeeded. then she skinned the rabbit and lay the hide off to the side for curing latter and she scraped some of the fat off and put it in the Rabbits bladder for safekeeping and removed most of the internal organs and she cleaned the rabbit meat then she started on the birds.

after plucking both birds she removed their heads and feet then she opened up the box to reveal herbs and spices of many varieties some foreign and some well known. she selected a few for their healing properties and their pleasant taste and stuffed the birds and added 2 eggs to both birds and set all three prepared animals over the fire to cook.

after a few seconds she looked up at the girl and asked a question. "Would you like to eat the heart of the rabbit since it was your kill?, my family believes that if you eat the heart of the animal you gain there best properties, and i would also like to know if i could heep the hide, i may need to make a pouch of something for the future. If you would like to keep the hide i could cure it fore you so it doesn't degrade or decompose"

Finley's hand shook. She mumbled something almost indecipherable. She shook her head. This competition made her grow increasingly annoyed. Her foot came flying down on the ground, scorching the land as it fell. "Ahh! They have made me perform like a tamed beast for days! When will this horrid challenge end!" She screamed.
