In this world there are 6 kingdoms, and there always will be 6. 6 kingdoms split between two forever apart worlds, but so close. The Underworld, home to nefarious soul eaters and scythes wielders, along with their equally dangerous counterparts. The Opperworld, home to angels, humans, and vampires, the more peaceful yet strong demonic counterparts. The two are long lasting enemies, and yet for the sake of their kingdoms and worlds, pretend not to be. This is the way it has been for the last 150 years.
Every year, for the past 150 years, the 6 kingdoms royalty and nobility come together to celebrate their peace. Each year it takes place at a different kingdoms palace, and this year, it is the reapers turn.

Backstory area
Kingdom descriptions:
Kyul takes up around 47% of the land in the Over world, being the 2nd largest country in the world. It is the powerhouse of the Over world, with, like its opposite powerhouse, has overwhelming power over its counter parts. In recent years, however, there have been efforts from Anatol to break away from the rule of Kyul, and some efforts have been successful...

Alpanador is the 3rd smallest country in the world, only taking around 13 percent of Over world land. While humans are mostly seen as livestock to the underworld people, and cannon fodder to the Overworld, they've began to bounce back from their weak state, in a never before seen effort.

Anatol is the 3rd largest country in the world, taking around 40% of overworld land. Despite its size, throughout the centuries it has had the most trouble trying to get out from Kyulian rule, and yet with backing from an unknown source, they are slowly making their way to be completely independent.

Tislaron is the biggest country in the world, completely swallowing up half of the ever expanding underworld as part of its massive kingdom. While Tislaron does have power over Veru Dekal and Chislar, they do their best to stay out of the affairs of their other kingdoms, in faint fear the two will join hands and rise up against the reaper giant. These concerns have grown as both the Queen of Veru Dekal and King of Chislar have expressed their concerns to the reaper king over rumors of crowning himself the first emperor of Tislaron..

Veru Dekal is the 2nd largest country in the underworld, owning around 24% of underworld land. Both Chislar and Veru Dekal recognize the powerhouse of their world as Tislaron, but in no means as their empire. There have been talks of a union marriage between the first prince of Veru Dekal marrying the 3rd princess of Chislar in order to fortify their defenses and powers against Tislaron.

Chislar is quite different from the other kingdoms, and while they only own 16% of underworld land, the ghosts have the ability to fly, and with that they have utilized technology and created half of their cities in the skies, taking up around 17% of airspace, just barely crossing over into Demon territory.

Angels:

Humans:
Humans can sometimes be born with an affinity to certain magic, but it is...very, very, very, rare.
Vampires:
Bloodsucking:
Vampires can suck the blood of any species, but angel and humans have the best taste. While reaper blood isnt that tasty, it is the hardest to obtain and is treated as a delicacy.
Shape shifting:
Vampires can shift into almost anything, but the most common type is bat, wolf, or cat. All 3 of those animals are usually black, but depending on the vampire, they can change color. Royalty and those with royal blood have a larger range of animals to shift into.
Mind-control:
High status vampires can control lower status vampires through what would be called mind-control. The ability only pertains to vampires, and it doesn't work on any other species.

Clariovoyance:
All reapers have the ability to see every single detail about anyone they look at. The knowledge is in-grained into their minds, and unable to be removed. There are few exceptions, such as other reapers with more power or higher status.
scythe summoning:
All reapers have the ability to summon a scythe that they can change any way they choose too, and they can summon it anywhere, no matter what.
Teleportation:(also applies to demons)
While all reapers have this ability, the closer your blood is to the royal family, the stronger it is. royal reapers can Teleport anywhere in the world, or to anyone, as long as they knows their location and what they look like.
Soul harvesting:(applies to demons and ghosts)
exactly what it sounds like. All demon-type creatures have this power. They are the only ones who can take a soul, and successfully eat it without any troubles or dying. Souls are usually infused with regular food, since souls give them more nutrients than regular food.
Demons:
Demons are usually more fire type creatures than anything else, as they have the ability to summon fire, and some can even turn into what would be referred to as a hell hound.
Ghosts:
Ghosts have the ability to fly through any solid matter, with the exception of obsidian due its magic canceling or enhancing(depends on how its made) properties. They can also temporarily possess other creatures, as long as they are lower status of them. Turning completely invisible is also an ability they use.

And then theres Cerberus and Kerberos.
Contrary to his appearance, Cerberus is just a big floofy fire misunderstood dog. There are countless tales of those who were attacked by the guardian, and most of them were true. Cerberus was just doing his job. Kerberos, however, the just as big flaming tiger, is not not as misunderstood. While Cerberus is the guardian of the underworld, Kerberos was entrusted with guarding the overworld. Unlike his counterpart who doesn't speak much, Kerberos has quite a sharp tongue and doesn't hesitate to curse out anyone who bothers him. The two guardians are thought to be friends, but no one knows exactly for sure.

The peace treaty:
155 years ago marks the beginning of the Anatol-Alpanador war. The war first started over a land dispute lying on the border between Anatol and Alpanador. 6 months into the small war, Anatol brought in their close allies, the Kyulians. usually the Kyulian angels would side with the Anatolian vampires, but around 160 years ago was when Anatol first began trying to get out from under Kyulian rule. Because of this, they sided with the Alpanadorians. Anatol was now on the losing side of the war, and the king had no choice but to bring Tislaron into the conflict. Naturally Veru Dekal and Chislar were brought in. The war raged on for another 4 years, escalating into a full-blown world war. Both sides were tired, and on July 9th, 1870, Each of the 7 rulers signed a peace treaty. In order to keep up the treaty, the kingdoms agreed to celebrate it every year, each year a different kingdom hosting it, starting with Anatol.

Rules:
No power-playing
You cannot make random things happen just for plot armor
You are not allowed to uplift your character more than others. Everyone is equally important.
Unfortunately, you are not allowed to play Kings and Queens, but you can play princes/princesses
Don't use the pinglist for every ping, only ping those you are talking to
You have to use proper grammar, but mistakes are fine (i make mistakes all the time)

Her outfit consists of- Her Blouse, Vest, Riding Skirt, and Shoes. Her horns are the same color of her skin, smoothly basing of her temples and reach back, six inches, against her head.)

Personality:

Delaney is a very independent person, she takes crap from nobody and has great leadership skills. She might be stubborn and prideful, but if needed she will swallow her pride to listen to others- no matter how hard it is for her to admit defeat. She can be painfully honest, but she's no pessimist, she's just a bit cynical aswell- making her a good strategist. Though, Delaney is no where near quiet, especially if she is pumped about something. She also has only one loyalty, to her people and doesn't take to kindly to other races- usually either snubbing or giving them a hard time until they show she could trust them. She especially dislikes those of the Over World kingdoms or Tisloran. Though under her rough exterior she's very motherly and protective of her kind, and will do whatever it takes to protect the residents of Veru Dekal and her king.

Role/Title:

General of the Veru Dekalian military. She doesn't take this role lightly. (She's also the king's little cousin.)

Naturally she can be very intimidating, especially with her wild eyes and strength for her size.
But, hence the glow of her skin, she's unnaturally hot, and based on her mood she can be burning hot to practically as cold as death.

(He stands at 6 foot, his eyes are a glowing teal that shine like cat's eyes. His outfits usually consist of random t-shirts, black/dark grey jeans, a leather/black jacket, and steel-toed boots.)


Personality:

Braylon isn't a very serious person, he's a prankster- he loves playing with his targets, as long as it doesn't dammage their face. He will spare somebody, but it only happens under rare circumstances. Braylon will only turn serious when infront of royalty or if he's vey passionite about something. Braylon is a big flirt though, it usually doesn't last long unless he takes an actual liking to a person. When he's intrested in someone he will turn his focus onto them, as if they are his targets- he doesn't mean to be creepy, but it's instinct for him. Braylon can be a bit intense at times, meaning he can be unintentionally aggressive or in someone's face. If not in someone's face he can be really aloof- this is because he catches himself and has to remind himself that he has to be by himself to do his job right. (He also isn't able to keep himself focused for too long if something's boring- and most beings bore him.)
