Elsie was walking along the rose bushes in her garden, humming softly.

There was a guard next to her, Fredrick.
"Lovely day isn't it Princess," He said politely, holding his spear tightly in his hand, "Hopefully all will be calm."

She smiled over at him and nodded, crouching down by one of the rose bushes and gently plucking a rose.

Shrub ducked under a bush as guards chased him, all trying to poke him with their spears. He hurried away, small paws hitting the ground as he sprinted away. He could hear them behind him, he was going to die. Panic made him move faster and he hide under a rose bush. He poke his nose out before realizing someone was in front of him. He ducked backward, causing the bush to tremble.

She looked up from the rose she was holding. "...is there something in there? '' she said softly, peering through the bush.

Fredrick came over, poking the bush with his spear. Shrub cowed in the bush, his two whiskers wrapped around his neck like a scarf. He didn't come out, he could hear footsteps. It only took a moment for guards to surround the bush.
"Be careful Princess, it's probably that monster we where hunting," One of the guards said and the others nodded in agreement.

" wait. Don't hurt him. " She said to them, and approached the bush.

(Woah, the Princess has the magical skill to correctly guess genders xD)

The guards nodded reluctantly, but still looked at the bush wearily.

Shrub poked his small snout out of the bush, watching her with wide eyes.
