Why is someone hacking through my account and begging from me before?

i am unsure what you mean by that, you can change your password to prevent others to access to your items. If you mean that someone was sending you private message asking you for items/pets/gold this is not hacking, it's begging, you can report their message and block them with the small icones on the top of the message.
