Description: Vita is quirky, friendly and always willing to help. She is pretty much a basic RainWing with all the powers and everything but her under scales are usually stuck in a dark forest green and only occasional change. She is a RainWing princess but she doesnt want to be.
Other: Vita means Life in Latin.

So far I have decided to go with Wildfires idea which is:

Its 20 years after the prophecy of of The Lost Continent. Pantalan and Pyrrhian dragons are now living in peace, except for a small group of dragons called Wings of War (yes I took that from Moon Rising). Theyre mapped up of dragons like Burn, Vulture, Wasp and Morrowseer. They dont like the whole peace thing and think that its not natural for all the tribes to have peace, so theyre spreading rumours about the other tribes to one another, in hope that another war will break out, for entertainment, for no peace, for themselves.
Before the war starts, Firefly has a prophecy:

The only ones to keep the peace
Are the ones that understand
From many tribes
Each dragon is
And yet from all across the land

The Wings of War
Shall not rise again
If the many outweigh the few
Through battles and mayhem
They will not stop
Until they have all been slew

(Basically what the prophecy is saying is that dragons want war between the tribes, hybrids are the only ones to stop it, since theyre ones from lots of tribes, and re-making the peace must start with an ending battle.)
The Wings of War hear about the prophecy, and take the [number of players] most powerful hybrids. They manage to escape and face each unreasonable queens wrath while recruiting others, then other stuff happens I guess.

Personality: Stormwraith is a generally quiet but intelligent dragon. A great fighter, she wants to one day be part of the queens guard. On the outside, she can seem a little cold and mysterious, but once you open up to her, you can see shes creative and open-minded, but dont push it. She has a soft spot for younger dragonets, because theyre not as confusing to read or scheming her demise. Once you earn her trust, theres almost nothing that can break that bond, apart from betrayal.
Appearance:

Please excuse the picture, I rushed it and for reasons unknown used my left hand.
Abilities: She can breath fire, except for when its too cold. If its below -20 degrees then she can use frost breath, but only a small jet. She has the NightWing mind-reading scales by her eyes, but she can only sense emotions. Shes a well trained warrior, and is trained in a lot of techniques.
Age: Almost eight
Background information: Stormwraith has no idea who her mother is, and her dad wont spill. She has a five year old sister, named Blizzard who also doesnt know. Blizzard seems like shes part RainWing, but also part Ice and Night, so Stormwraith thinks that she could be part RainWing as well, or that Blizzard is just her half sister. She grew up in the IceWing kingdom with her dad and sister which is why they dont know any other of theyre family.

Description: All snowstar wants to do is look at the stars she loves them. She likes making friends and is very social. Shes pretty much just a normal icewing but hase a biliary of white stars all through her under wings she has a grey white blue to her scales. A Dimond earing in her right ear.
Age: 4
Other: her mum and her live in a small house not far from the border of the icewing territory her mum never lets her go anywhere. Her father left her and her mother when she was a hatchling. At the age of 5 her mother said she is older enough to fly to the icewing palace.

Can breath ice like an icewing but prefers not to and has the ability to see into the future but unlike moon or cleastite she only has faint ones were its kinda like daysharvu.

When is this set? I just filled out my form assuming it was 10-30 years after the prophecies
