Hello All!

So I really got into Sylestia a couple years ago. I played for quite some time and really enjoyed myself. Well life happens and I got busy and soon I completely forgot about this game (honestly I hadn't been able to play computer wise for at least 2 years). So here comes 5 years later and I'm just musing with my family and boom! I remember Sylestia and I held my breath to see if my account had survived 4 - 5 years of inactivity. IT DID! I am very excited to be back! I was doing a few breeding projects way back when so for now I am working on sorting out my stables and putting up Sylesti pets for sale, etc, to clear out the stock I am no longer interested in. It's a big project that will take some time but I just got through my Qitari's!

While I am trying to get my account organized, I noticed there are quite a few changes! I am still trying to see what is all new but if anyone is interested in giving me a quick recap, I wouldn't mind!

Anything you want to know specifically???

An overview? Oh geez, let me see what I remember....

Pet art: Lots of new traits. At least 1 new species. Ferrikki are cute little squirrel things and look something like this. They've been revamping the pet art so a lot of the pets look a LOT better than they did before.

Pet stats: A new proficiencies system was put in place. Instead of placing individual points after each level you get a single point every couple levels that gives you a large boost. All pet stats were reset so you'll want to re-stat any pet you want to use.

Lost Grove: Were you around for Krin mentioning his project temporarily called the MegaZone? If so, that's this. The LG introduces a few new features and some things act slightly differently here than in other battle areas. One important thing that the LG adds is Move Ranks. When you fight in the LG your individual moves will level up (slowly, though). Be aware that the difficulty level in the LG is WAY higher than any other battle area so if you go in and die to a sprite... that's normal. xD Once you level up more and get some move ranks you'll be fine.

Level cap: Increased to 70

Wardrobe: There's a new wardrobe. It's much better than the old one. :)

Nurturing: New nurturing too. It's so much quicker now.

Forum Game Items: Do you remember these? Rare items that you could win only through certain games. Now instead of winning a specific item you use a token and can spend it here.




I'm sure I've forgotten something. But those are probably the basics.

A lot changed lol, mosyly we added a tlg area thats a little painful skmetimes, a lot fo themes, and a few other things....anythign specific you want answers on, let me know :)


Oh and sylestia sells irl stuff now, or it wasfor a while. Havent heard much on hat front.
