Secret Number 1: Chocolate
Have you ever wondered where the yummy treat that most kids eat in mouthfuls of goodness comes from?
Ever moursel you eat is at a terrible cost.
Day by day, thousands of children work in slavery to provide a treatfor children they'll probably never meet.
Today almost 3/4 of the world's cocoa is grown in Africa, with 40% coming from the Ivory Coast alone.
However, several factors mean that the cacao growers can barely sustain themselves with their earnings. Which is why they turn to free labo, AKA, modern slavery. This labor often comes from children.
In a few countries, children don't work. But about 150,000,000 do. And most working in health-hazardous conditions as well.
Several attemps have been made to make chocolate companies aware of this. But again and again they refuse to take action. In fact, there is little evidence if ANY changes.
Organized crime rings secretly haul young children into service.
The good news os that chocolate companies can't exist without consumer demand. If you are bothered by this, you can make an inpact. Inform others, and we have a chance of making the world a better place.

did you know that king tut had two kids
daughters
they didn't survive more then a week at most
and they got buried in their daddy's tomb.....while his wife got buried far away
lovely have a nice day and don't have nightmares like I did because I don't like mummies and I had weird dreams about mummified babies...?
